1/43 Provence Moulage Panoz GTR LeMans 1997

These shots show my Price Racing Panoz GTR Le Mans from 1997. It lasted the longest of the Panoz cars entered, retiring after 18 hours. Driven by Andy Wallace, James Weaver, and Butch Leitzinger, Car No. 54 showed that the Panoz name is one to reckon with in international GT racing.

This was my first 1/43 kit. I like the quality result of an accurate display model. But putting these little kits together is difficult. You need good hands to work with some of the parts. I finally gave up on the mirrors . . .

The photos are also firsts - using my new digital camera. Another time-saving upgrade for the GPMA website. I'll be working to improve the digital photo quality over the next year.
